IMPORTANT: Our service is NOT designed for emergency situations. Crisis calls or emergency situations will be transferred to your personal line or voicemail. You remain responsible for maintaining emergency protocols.

Calls that our AI cannot handle adequately will be transferred to your designated backup number or voicemail.

8.3 Spam Filtering

We attempt to filter spam and solicitation calls, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.

9. Phone Number Forwarding

You agree to forward your existing business phone number to our service or use a number we provide.

9.2 Your Existing Number

You retain ownership of your existing phone number. We only receive forwarded calls while our service is active.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

16.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hello@therapycalls.com to attempt informal resolution. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days.

16.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.3 Arbitration (Optional)

Any disputes not resolved informally may be subject to binding arbitration in Wyoming. Each party bears its own costs except as awarded by the arbitrator.

You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and BAA, constitute the entire agreement between you and TherapyCalls.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

18.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, etc.).
